Reporting : Project Manager / HOP

EDUCATION : Any Bachelors degree with related experience

ROLE :

• Responsible for assigned project related deliverables & project tasks management
• Work with cross-functional teams
• Strong skills working with ASP.NET, ADO.NET, User and Web Controls, Messaging , Remoting, Event DrivenApps, Web Services etc and have a good knowledge of related skills such as XML, Javascript,CSS and XHTML.
•  4-7 year experience in Hands on Experience on real time Web as well as windows based applications
• Strong Database skills (RDBMS) especially in SQL, Oracle etc
• Strong Knowledge on OOPS concept
• Experience in an Agile programming environment
• Knowledge or experience on OLAP technologies

QUALIFICATIONS :

• The Resource must be hands on technical person who will leave no stone unturned in their efforts to complete the project on time and who will strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Experience in SDLC, with hands-on experience in designing, coding, code review, and unit testing
• Thorough knowledge of current technological trends in the S/W development industry such as OOP's, Multi-Tier S/W development, Component Architecture, Web-Based S/W, SOA and agile practices is essential
• Should be able to Participate in code inspections
• Working knowledge of Design tools (MS Visio) Good communication & analytical skills. Ability to work under min supervision. understanding of various life cycle methodologies
• Strong web based application development experience & the ability to design efficient business logic.
• Making Program Specification, Writing complex programs, Testing programs written by other developers, etc
• Excellent knowledge in standard development practices and methodologies
• Solid skills in technical writing, including solution Architecture, system design, test plan and implementation plan.
• Experience in working across different geographical regions
• 4-7 yrs of application Programming with DOTNET
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to identify & escalate issues to the project lead/management
• Support & guide junior members in the team
• Must have strong interpersonal skills
• Mentor junior/new hires as assigned in the project
• Must be proficient with product lifecycle and development processes
